The United States Postal Service is celebrating its 250th anniversary Saturday with the Encore Stamp Contest and two new stamp designs.
The Encore Stamp Contest allows participants to vote for one stamp pane from a series of 25 previous best-selling USPS stamps, according to a USPS news release.
