Angela Blanchard has left Mayor John Whitmire’s administration after serving as its chief resilience and recovery officer for nearly a year.
Blanchard was tasked with determining how the city responds to and recovers from natural disasters, as well as figuring out how to make the city more resilient to storms that might come.
