Houston arson investigators say the cameras on a Tesla car parked on the side of the street captured video that helped them crack a major serial arson case affecting the Memorial Park area.
Dustin Schlain was arrested last week and charged with two arson cases, but Houston Fire investigators announced today they believe they could tie him to at least 16 different fires.
