Police say a woman was watched, kidnapped, and sexually assaulted at the Emerald Pointe Apartment complex in Pasadena.
An alert went out Monday afternoon from those same investigators because they believe her alleged attacker may have also targeted other victims. The man accused in that case, according to police, was the woman’s neighbor.
