North Carolina Man Arrested in Houston for Conroe Financial Fraud Spree

CONROE, TX – The Conroe Police Department has arrested Keith Devon McMillian, 45, of North Carolina, for his alleged involvement in a series of fraudulent credit and debit card transactions that victimized at least 13 people and multiple businesses in Conroe.

The investigation began on August 1, 2025, after First Financial Bank in Conroe notified police of numerous fraudulent transactions. Detectives quickly identified McMillian as a suspect and, working with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, secured an arrest warrant for him.

The very next day, on August 2, Conroe detectives and patrol officers Dandy and Casarez located and arrested McMillian near George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston…
