A body found Monday near a Port Allen pipeline access road has been identified as a 22-year-old man from Houston, the West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office reports.
Xavier Drake was reported missing by Houston Police and was last seen alive on July 25. His body was found Aug. 4.
