HOUSTON (KIAH) — Based on video footage at the scene, a large fire overtook a warehouse located off the Southwest Freeway for an extended period of five hours.
The damaged was severe with charred remains of the building situated in the vicinity of Fountain View. According to initial reports from firefighters, the fire is believed to have originated within a tire warehouse, igniting just before midnight on Friday evening, and subsequently spreading rapidly to an adjacent Rug Mart establishment.
