An armed robbery suspect was shot after leading authorities on a chase in southwest Houston on Sunday evening, police said.
According to the Houston Police Department, the chase started near 3100 S. Dairy Ashford Road near Richmond Avenue. HPD said the chase ended on Aspen Meadow Drive, where the suspect was shot after exiting his vehicle with a weapon in hand.
