The Houston Police Department is searching for a man who is allegedly connected to multiple incidents of inappropriately touching and assaulting women at parks, trails and streets in Houston.
The man is described as white and heavy set in his mid-30s with brown hair, riding either a navy blue or a dark green bicycle. Investigators said that during one assault, he allegedly kicked a pregnant woman in the stomach, causing her to suffer a miscarriage.
