A suspected car thief was arrested at the end of a chase in the Spring area on Thursday morning, according to Pct. 4 constable deputies.
The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said it received a tip about a suspect possibly trying to steal vehicles on Goldspring Lane.
