‘Something bad will happen to you’: Murder suspect allegedly posted threats on TikTok after killing

A series of TikTok posts and comments detailing a dispute over $31,000 helped lead San Antonio police to a suspect in the shooting death of a 34-year-old man in May.

Naqibullah Habibzoi, a 23-year-old from Houston, was arrested Thursday and charged with the alleged murder of Awal Noor Kiftan, his former coworker at a trucking company, according to court records.

Investigators found several posts and comments on Habibzoi’s TikTok account where he accused Kiftan of taking $31,000 from him but denied involvement in the shooting that killed Kiftan outside his Northwest Side apartment on May 31, according to an arrest affidavit…
