Hostess recalls several packages of Ding Dongs over potential mold contamination

Hostess is recalling several lots of its popular Ding Dongs snack because of potential mold contamination, the company announced on its website.

The snack company said it has voluntarily pulled different sizes of packaging sold in stores nationwide due to a mechanical issue in the manufacturing process that could cause mold to develop before the stated expiration date.
