The situation kicked off when Harris County Sheriff’s deputies began pursuing an 18-wheeler that was slowly crawling along the highway shoulder. The truck, despite its sluggish pace, eventually came to a full stop with one wheel still spinning as it idled on the freeway’s shoulder.
