HOUSTON (KIAH) — Authorities are investigating two reports of a man grabbing a woman and trying to drag her into the bushes at Shepherd Park.
The Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s office said it believes the same man is behind the attacks that happened Wednesday and Thursday morning.
