The Houston Avenue Bridge has been hit again, this time by a large container that’s now blocking a portion of the I-10 East Freeway on Thursday.
TxDOT officials said the lost load from the strike is on I-10 eastbound at Houston Avenue, approaching downtown Houston. They tell ABC13 that this was a hit-and-run driver who they say did not stick around.
