HOUSTON — Video shot by an anonymous bystander on Wednesday and posted to social media was shared with KHOU 11 by a very concerned mother who said it made her physically sick.
“When I saw the video, I threw up,” Angela Dixon said. “I fell to the floor, I threw up.”
