HOUSTON — Residents at a northeast Houston complex will soon get some repairs they say are overdue.
One woman living at the Summit at Hirsch Road Apartments near the Eastex Freeway said she had no AC for several days. Other residents claim there were issues with maintenance and rats. Management and property owners told KHOU 11 News they are addressing those concerns.
