A juvenile has been arrested for the attempted abductions of two women at a northwest Houston park, Constable Alan Rosen said on Tuesday.
Police said the women were pulled into a bush by a stranger at Shepherd Park in the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area on August 27th and 28th.
