The Houston Police Department is actively seeking the assistance of the public to identify the suspect in an aggravated robbery of a convenience store. According to the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the incident occurred in the early hours on a Friday morning last April. An unidentified man entered the store, located on the 6600 block of Bellfort in Houston, Texas, and resorted to violence when his demands were not immediately met.
At approximately 4:25 am, the male suspect, brandishing a small revolver, shot the store clerk in the leg after the clerk failed to quickly open the secure area. The clerk, wounded but alive, was then forced to surrender the cash from the register. The suspect was last seen fleeing the scene on foot. To help ensure to catch the assailant quickly, the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division have released a detailed suspect description and are asking for public cooperation.
The description of the suspect, as reported by the official Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, is a Black male, with a heavy build, between 5’10” and 6’2” in height, and weighing between 225 and 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, blue pants with a white stripe, white shoes that might be Nike Jordan brand, and a black mask and gloves during the time of the robbery…
