Authorities say a woman in a wheelchair who was hit and killed in the Greenspoint area on Monday had been hit before.
Monday’s incident happened at about 12:40 a.m. at the intersection of North Sam Houston Parkway and Greenspoint Drive on the service road, the Houston Police Department said.
Investigators said the 53-year-old woman was in the crosswalk when the driver of a white Cadillac hit her, and she died at the scene. HPD said the 22-year-old driver returned to the scene on foot after allegedly parking near where the incident had happened…
