HOUSTON, Texas — Charges have been filed against two men in connection with the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man at 6610 Antoine Drive on January 14, 2017. Antonio Diecarlo Hughes and Jason Wells, both 26, are facing manslaughter charges in the 337th Criminal District Court.
