A recently constructed mansion just off of Memorial Drive a mile outside of the 610 Loop was the most expensive home sold the week of Sept. 14, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
813 W. Friar Tuck Lane was listed for nearly $10 million and sold for somewhere between $7.8 million and $9 million. HAR ranks homes by final sales price but doesn’t disclose actual figures.
The modern estate is located on 1.7 acres with a gated entry and a natural border formed by a tributary of Carter Lake. The home has a variety of resort-style amenities, including a wellness wing with a fitness center, sauna and massage room.
