HOUSTON (KIAH) — Third Ward residents are expressing concerns following a hydrant issue that reportedly hampered firefighting efforts.
According to reports, HFD responded to a fire at a multi-unit apartment building located on Tuam street near University of Houston. Local fire authorities report that the incident was complicated by a dry hydrant that delayed the processes by 15 minutes.
