Singer D4vd makes urgent real estate moves

Singer D4vd has transferred ownership of two Texas homes to his mother as authorities continue investigating the death of a 14-year-old girl whose body was discovered in his Tesla. The real estate transactions occurred in September, around the same time law enforcement executed a search warrant at his Los Angeles residence.

According to legal documents, the 18-year-old musician, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, transferred the deeds for two Houston-area properties from a trust under his name to his mother. The changes took place on Sept. 18 and Sept. 22, marking a significant shift in his property holdings during a critical period.

Timeline coincides with law enforcement activity

The first property transfer on Sept. 18 occurred on the same day police responded to a swatting incident at one of the homes. Authorities received a false report about a shooting and a deceased female victim at the residence. The caller apparently used a voice-masking device to make the fraudulent emergency call.

When officers arrived at the property to investigate the swatting call, D4vd’s parents answered the door. They informed police that the singer’s younger brother and sister were upstairs in the home. The incident appears to indicate that his family members were already residing in at least one of the properties before the official ownership transfer took place…
