WACO, Texas (KWTX) – A Houston-area man who shot a man in the face while also threatening the mother of his child in April 2023 pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of aggravated assault.
Prosecutors recommended that Tyler De’sun Goudeau Cheeks, 27, of Fresno, be placed on deferred probation for eight years in exchange for his guilty plea to both counts.
