HOUSTON (CW39) — Thousands of demonstrators are expected to gather in Houston and surrounding areas this weekend as part of a nationwide protest against the Trump administration.
Organizers of the movement, called “No Kings,” said the demonstrations are in response to the administration’s policies on mass deportations and the dismantling of several federal departments.
Local organizers say several events are planned throughout the weekend, including marches, rallies, and community gatherings.
