Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place on October 22, 2025, in the 7900 block of Comal Street. Officers responded around 10:45 a.m. and found a 54-year-old man with gunshot wounds inside a crashed vehicle. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to HPD Homicide Division Detectives C Sharp and D Crowder, the victim had an encounter with an unidentified man on a bicycle before the shooting.
