Horror moment American-born student attacked by ICE as he was going to school

A 16-year-old Houston teenager claims a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent strangled him, assaulted him, and shouted racial slurs at him while he was on his way to school.

He is a U.S. citizen. The incident took place on Thursday, Oct. 23, when Arnoldo Bazan was being brought to school by his father, Arnulfo Bazan.

While en route, an unmarked vehicle stopped their car, Bazan recounted during a news conference about the incident. When they pulled over, officers who were dressed in civilian clothes and displayed no badges approached their vehicle, but failed to identify themselves as law enforcement.

Bazan reveals terror

“Their vests, they didn’t say ‘police’ (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), nothing. And that’s when me and my dad got scared because they started hitting our window, tried to open the door,” the younger Bazan said. “Me and my dad went to fight-or-flight mode, and we just backed away.”

The father drove off in terror, but they were pursued by the agents and struck by their vehicle multiple times. Eventually, the pair abandoned their car and attempted to escape the situation, but were instead tackled and strangled by the agents in a restaurant supply store, reports the Mirror US…
