Houston travelers face hours-long TSA lines at Bush, Hobby airports amid government shutdown

For the third day in a row, Houston Airports has advised passengers to give themselves extra time to get through Bush and Hobby airports.

The airport system is now telling travelers to expect those delays until further notice.

Houston Airports says TSA wait times may be one hour or longer at Hobby because fewer screening lanes are open. At Bush, the wait could be more than three hours because TSA checkpoints are only open at terminals A and E…
