An illegal immigrant, convicted of raping and impregnating his younger sister, was arrested as part of 10-day-long ICE Houston operation.
Mexican Mafia gang member Selvin Joel Lara Diaz, 35, was arrested by ICE officers and their federal partners on Oct 29 after being previously deported. Lara Diaz is also wanted in his country of origin, Honduras, for murder, according to an ICE press release.
ICE found Diaz hiding under a shelf in the stockroom of a Houston-area grocery store after he fled.
