Accomplice of Houston’s infamous ‘Candy Man’ serial killer denied parole once again

HOUSTON – The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles has denied parole for Elmer Wayne Henley, according to Andy Kahan with Crime Stoppers of Houston.

Kahan shared the message he received from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, stating Henley will not be eligible for parole for another 10 years.
