Clerk shot multiple times during robbery while closing southeast Houston store, HPD says

Authorities say a store clerk is alive after being shot multiple times during a robbery in southeast Houston on Wednesday.

The Houston Police Department said the shooting happened at about 1:30 a.m. outside a convenience store on Barberry Drive near Scott Street.
