Houston police have arrested 23-year-old Nicholas Alessandro Campos in connection with a fatal shooting that left two men dead early Saturday morning in the Greater Inwood area.
The incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. on November 22 at 3803 Lemon Tree Lane. The victims, a 58-year-old man and a 46-year-old man, were pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics. Their identities are pending confirmation by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD reports that the shooting followed an argument between Campos and the 46-year-old victim in the front yard of Campos’ residence. Campos retrieved a firearm from inside his home, and during a struggle, the weapon discharged, striking his father, the 58-year-old victim. Campos then re-entered his home, retrieved another firearm, and pursued the 46-year-old, shooting him multiple times…
