Houston nonprofit says $10,000 check meant for local nursing scholarships was deposited by a suspected fraudster in Massachusetts

HOUSTON — The post office on West Gray is among those routinely used by the Good Samaritan Foundation of Texas, a Houston-based nonprofit dedicated to the nursing profession.
