HOUSTON — Residents say they’re hoping for change after a string of crimes at a northwest Houston apartment complex.
On Friday, Nov. 21, six people were detained after a shooting at an apartment complex on Campbell Road near Blalock Road. One person was injured and taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
