HOUSTON — A man accused of shooting and killing a mother in front of her young son is scheduled to go to trial more than two years after he was arrested.
Dominique Menefee is charged with murder in the September 2023 shooting of Sherniqua Danielle Banks. He’s due in court at 9 a.m. Thursday.
