HOUSTON, Texas — A Silver Alert has been issued by the Houston Police Department for a missing man last seen on Saturday morning.
78-year-old Phillip Scott was last seen at 6 a.m. Saturday morning in the 12000 block of Magnolia Canyon in Houston.
