A lawsuit obtained by ABC13 alleges a student fell out of a Katy ISD bus and now the parents are suing the district and the bus company.
The lawsuit filed in October by the parents’ attorneys on behalf of the child is asking for compensation for medical expenses and physical pain.
The lawsuit alleges that back in January, as students were on their way to school, “the bus driver operated recklessly and at a high rate of speed,” causing the student to be “thrown against the emergency exit of the door and falling outside the bus to the ground.”…
