A 17-year-old has been charged with murder after a Saturday morning crash that killed a passenger in the car he was driving as he tried to flee police, according to court records.
Ruben X. Mendoza, of Pasadena, is accused of killing Perry Briscoe, 18, of Houston. Briscoe died in the crash around 5 a.m. in the 9700 block of Clearwood, in southeast Houston.
