A woman was hit and killed by oncoming traffic in southeast Houston after she stepped out of a vehicle and onto the road during an argument, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said a couple was arguing inside a vehicle just after midnight on Saturday on Highway 225 near Allen Genoa Road.
