A woman was killed early Saturday morning after exiting a vehicle and walking along Texas 225 following an argument with another person in the car.
Houston Police Sgt. Mike Barrow, who spoke to Onscene TV, said the woman was walking along the highway when the driver of another vehicle struck her.
