A Porter father is being credited with rescuing his 15-year-old daughter on Christmas afternoon after tracking her cell phone to a secluded wooded area where she was being held against her will.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has arrested 23-year-old Giovanni Rosales Espinoza in connection with the incident, charging him with Aggravated Kidnapping and Indecency with a Child.
According to investigators, the ordeal began around 4:50 p.m. on December 25, 2025. The teenager had left her home in the 4000 block of Conner Mills Court to walk her dog.
