S LOOP W FATAL SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH, Houston, TX

LOCATION: 1700 block of S Loop W. Between Kirby and Fannin.

1. HPD VCD units are investigating a fatal crash involving a Dodge Charger.
2. It appears the vehicle was traveling westbound on the feeder rd. For unknown reasons, the driver left the roadway striking a tree.
3. The male driver, believed to be in his early to mid 20’s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
4. No other vehicles were involved and the driver was the only person in the vehicle.
5. Investigation is on going.
