HOUSTON (KIAH) – A restaurant employee is facing charges after investigators say a hidden camera was found inside a bathroom at a Lupe Tortilla restaurant near the Katy Freeway and Echo Lane, court records show.
According to court records, two videos were recovered from the device. The videos reportedly showed a child twice in two videos on or about December 30, 2025, in a bathroom.
