HOUSTON — Tenants at The Tramonti apartments tell KHOU 11 they have been without hot water for nearly four weeks and have received little information from property management about when the issue will be resolved.
One resident, who asked not to be identified for fear of retaliation, said the complex’s appearance does not reflect the problems inside.
“It’s a beautiful complex,” she said. “But the issue right now is that we have been without hot water for four weeks.”…
