A shelter-in-place was issued following a chemical release at the Lubrizol Corporation facility in Deer Park, city officials said.
The City of Deer Park said the shelter-in-place order was issued Friday morning as a precaution for industrial sites north of Highway 225, including the Lubrizol facility.
