HOUSTON, TX – A business masquerading as a pharmacy in northwest Houston was shut down this week after an undercover investigation confirmed illegal gambling activity, resulting in one arrest and the seizure of thousands of dollars in suspected proceeds.
On January 14, 2026, detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division of Harris County Constable Precinct 4, led by Mark Herman, received information about suspected illegal gambling at a business in the 10500 block of Cypress Creek Parkway.
