Grab your jackets—a fierce winter storm is set to sweep across the state later this week, bringing freezing weather conditions with it.
An arctic air mass with sub-freezing temperatures is expected to move through Texas, with the possibility of sleet, snow or freezing rain beginning Friday night, according to the National Weather Service Dallas-Fort Worth Office.
