A former Houston lawn care employee is now facing a stalking charge after a months-long series of unwanted deliveries and messages to the house of a woman whose lawn was serviced by the company.
Investigators say Jorge Escalante Rivera, 29, repeatedly showed up at the woman’s home—often in the early morning hours—leaving trinkets, handwritten notes and religious items on her porch, despite having no relationship with her.
