A 19-year-old accused of stabbing another student with an arrow on Wednesday has been ordered to stay away from HISD’s Madison High School, according to court documents.
According to court documents, Brandon Rodas was given a felony charge for aggravated assault. The order to stay away from Madison High School is part of his bond.
